Thin, brownish liquid; herbal extract. Calendula is one of the best wound healing herbs of all and also helps with minor burns, or skin irritations. In skin care it is especially useful for injured, irritated, sensitive and inflamed skin. It deeply intervenes in the metabolism, regulates the blood circulation of the skin and increases skin tone. Also inflamed skin areas such as nipples, burns, bruises and sunburn are treated with calendula.
