INCI: Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer.
Sepinov™ EMT 10 is capable of emulsifying and stabilizing formulations with up to 45% oil phase. Similarly, it can be used with other emulsifiers to improve stability and build viscosity. It is compatible with esters, fractionated coconut oil and other natural oils and butters.
It is an anionic emulsifier, so it is not compatible with cationic ingredients.
It offers thickening capabilities over a wide pH range (3 to 12) and is also compatible with ethanol-containing formulations and those containing AHAs and DHA.
It does not require neutralization and is resistant to lumping. In addition to creams and gels, it can be used to make hair care products, facial cleansers, shower gels, "baby care" and sun care products. Sepinov™ EMT 10 gives a feeling of freshness, creates a melting effect and leaves a velvety feel on the skin.
