The product is preferably used as a lipid layer improver in the manufacture of surfactant-based cleansing preparations. Due to its viscosity-increasing properties, Lamesoft® PO 65 contributes to the viscosity formation in cosmetic cleansing preparations such as shower gels, bubble baths, shampoos and baby products. The presence of the dermatologically high-quality alkyl polyglycoside contributes approx. 1.7 % to the final detergent active substance at a dosage of 5 % Lamesoft® PO 65.
